Charge for your work
You may charge for design, setup, content, integration, hosting, maintenance, and related services built around the template.
Modify the code
You can change styles, sections, components, text, imagery, functions, and structure for the final project.
Deliver the finished site to a client
Delivery of the completed project is allowed. Redistribution of the original source package is not.
Not allowed
What no standard license covers.
Reselling the template
You may not publish, sublicense, redistribute, or sell the original files—or a minimally modified version—as another template, theme, kit, or downloadable resource.
Sharing source files publicly
You may not upload the package to public repositories, download sites, communities, or services where third parties can access it.
Unlimited use without the proper license
Each plan has a maximum number of end products. To exceed that limit, you need an additional license or an enterprise agreement.
Using third-party assets outside the project scope
Photography, typefaces, icons, and plugins may have separate licenses. Review the documentation for each product carefully.

End product
A published installation under a domain, subdomain, or identifiable application.
Client project
A customized website delivered to a third party as part of a professional service.
Derivative product
A resource that still functions mainly as a reusable template for other people.
Refund policy
Rules for digital products.
Because the files can be downloaded immediately, refunds are not granted for change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of technical knowledge.
A refund may be approved when the product has a confirmed defect that prevents the advertised functionality and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, or when a duplicate charge has occurred.
Before publishing the store, review this wording with legal counsel so your commercial policy matches your jurisdiction and your business model.
